The Alcott Center for Mental Health Services is hosting a very important event scheduled for Sunday, May 6, 2012 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at G2 Gallery in Venice. The Annual artWorks event will include delicious hors d’oeuvres, wine, beer, soft drinks, live instrumental music, a silent auction and a client art show. Guests will be able to bid on a variety of silent auction items and client artwork throughout the evening and we’ll send everyone home with a special gift and a commemorative program. We need your assistance and invite you to participate! Tickets can be purchased. You may purchase commemorative program advertising or make a product/service donation for our auctions. and sponsorships are available. The evening of the event, client art and silent auction items will be available. Proceeds from this fundraiser will benefit programs which help people with severe mental illness live as independently as possible. A portion of the proceeds will fund The Graduate House, a program of the Alcott Center that provides transitional/permanent housing to those in need. 90% of our revenues go to program and residential expenses. This fundraiser celebrates the artistic talents and endeavors of Alcott clients created through he Alcott Center’s Visiting Artists Project which hosts local artists who hold seminars and tours of their studios to inspire and teach clients about art. Sponsorship & Marketing Opportunities: There are several ways to get involved and to help. Sponsorships are available at multiple levels, from $10,000 to $750. In addition, you may purchase commemorative program advertising or make a product/service donation for our auctions. See the attached for the detailed benefit list for each sponsorship level and for information on advertising and contributions. We encourage you to register your sponsorship soon to receive the maximum visibility for your marketing dollars.Click here to download forms Product & Service Donations / Auctions: We invite you to consider donating an item and… encourage you to talk with others (especially those you know with a vested interest in mental health and/or art) about doing the same. Product and service donations valued at a minimum of $25.00 and up to $2,500 or more would be greatly appreciated. We’re looking for everything under the sun – gift cards, baskets, office supplies, hotel stays, airline miles, timeshare stays, electronics, jewelry, accessories, athletic equipment and much more. The sky’s the limit! If you donate cash, we will purchase items for the auction in your name.
